A time sensitive challenge
For every person, 64 pounds of clothing is thrown away each year. In
a time where landfills are reaching capacity faster than ever, we challenge
amateur designers to take clothing cast-offs and create something new!
Our competitors will create an innovative look from clothing brought in
during the Drop portion of the day’s event and display their spectacular
designs during the evening’s Swap portion. Time is of the essence as all
fabrics must be chosen and assembled in 8 hours.
