Sustainable Living in Houston's mission is to provide education and resources to those living in the Greater Houston area with limited or no knowledge about the environment and sustainable living. Some of our focuses include recycling, alternative transportation, organic/local foods and childhood education.

Jordan Dailey is a sophomore Interdisciplinary Studies major at the University of
Houston. She has been making handmade things from cards to clothes for several
years now. Some of her other interests include photography, and raising money for
the Extra Life charity. She is currently 18 years old.
Jillian Smith got her first sewing machine in second grade
and has been learning ever since. She has sewn costumes
for theater and a few dresses just for herself. Jillian loves
the theater and photography, both of which she is involved
with in highschool. She also I LOVES reading Jane
Austen, and listening to Regina Spektor.
